Q. Are the Maryland and Delaware Beaches private?
All beaches in Ocean City are public.
There are some secluded beaches in Delaware but still they are public beaches.
We are always able to find a spot to set up for the wedding, right at the edge of the ocean. And everyone who is already at the beach is always very respectful. If they feel they are too close, they will move away. However, everyone loves a wedding and they will watch and they will clap when you kiss! The busiest months are May, June, July, August, and September.

Seacrets – has its own beach on the bay side and depending on how many guests, will often rope off a section of their beach just for your wedding.
Fagers Island – is like paradise in a bottle, with its scenic view of the bay, palm trees everywhere and plenty of room for guests.
Ocean City Boardwalk with the Pier, rock jetty, and close to Harrison’s Harbour Watch for a really nice reception area.
Ocean Pines Beach Club – Great beach and wedding venue and even summer parties. Private beach area and access to the main public beach for wedding photos later.
